OUR MATERIALS
LabelReetrang focuses on curating outfits with materials that are not just rich-looking, but also provide the utmost comfort to the one who wears them.
Let’s look at a few facts about the materials used while curating the outfits, and why LabelReetRang has chosen these for the same.

COTTON
When it comes to comfort, cotton is the most looked-after material, and most of Labelreetrang’s outfits are made out of the same to make sure the one who wears it stays comfortable all day long. Since cotton is a soft and fluffy staple fiber, it is extremely light and doesn’t feel heavy on the body.
ORGANZA
Being a plain weave material with a crisp hand, Organza happens to be a lightweight fabric. It is often used to make outfits with a large volume, as its fabric is really strong. Organza is traditionally made from silk.

ART SILK
The silk material often reflects royalty and grace, and the team at Labelreetrang uses the silk fabric to curate the most unique and extraordinary outfits that are loved by all. This material gives the comfort of a delicate appearance and smooth surface. Georgette and organza fall under the category of silk fabric.
CHIFFON
Chiffon primarily curated from cotton, silk or synthetic fibers like nylon, rayon and polyester, Chiffon is a material that is super light-weight and gives a translucent appearance. It is commonly used to weave sarees, dresses and scarves.

BANDHEJ(GLACE COTTON)
Bandhej is a traditional tie and dye technique. The term “bandhej” is derived from the word “bandh,” which means “firmly tie.” Plucking creates a little circle-like or square-like pattern on Bandhani fabric. The pattern in which the thread is tied and then plucked determines the sort of print on the cloth, such as Chandrakala, BavanBaug, and Sikari.
KOTA DORIA
Made out of Silk and Cotton, Kota Doria is a light-weight fabric that is curated out of tiny hand-woven squares on traditional pit looms. These have the same strength as the cotton fabric and the mesmerizing luster and softness of silk.

MACHINE EMBROIDERY
Considered the craft of decorating fabrics, embroidery is one of the finest ways to showcase elegance, using materials like needles and threads or yarns. Machine embroidery comes into the picture in case of mass production, in order to curate fine designs as an outcome.
GOTA PATI WORK
Gota patti or gota work is a type of Indian embroidery. It uses the applique technique. Small pieces of zari ribbon are applied onto the fabric with the edges sewn down to create elaborate patterns. Gota embroidery is used extensively in South Asian wedding and formal clothes.

LUCKNOWI CHIKANKARI
The craft of Chikan work, often referred to as Lucknow Chikan, is over 400 years old with a firm presence in the Indian and global fashion arena. The technique of its creation is called Chikankari and its unique sensibility flaunts grace and elegance as subtly as the wearer pleases.
